Your Books
I offer bookkeeping and related services for small businesses, restaurants, law practices, and individual practitioners. Whether you need some basic bill processing, someone to run your payroll and inventory, or more advanced reporting and bookkeeping, I’ll tailor my contribution to the needs of your business. We can review your procedures together and look for ways to simplify and streamline your books.
I’m happy to integrate into your existing software environment, or to research and recommend other options.
I have experience with Trust accounts, and understand the legalities involved.

I am proficient in a variety of software applications, and will try to give you options for how to approach your business needs.
Quickbooks Online, Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and other online marketing and website development tools are some of what I can bring to the table. I have worked with the CLIO legal platform and billing system, processed payroll through numerous portals (including self-issued through Quickbooks), and run a tight, accurate inventory through Bevager and with good old-fashioned spreadsheets. If you are chasing a percentage, I will help you capture it.
Rates
I operate on an hourly basis, with simple invoicing and affordable rates. For most ongoing support services I charge $35 to $45 per hour, and I will be straightforward about how much time you can expect a given task to complete. I will also take on short-term projects, or manage certain services for a flat fee, such as managing a social media profile.
I am willing to travel to your workplace, or can contribute by remote, as your business needs require. My goal is to lighten your workload, so that you can focus on the reasons you started your business in the first place.
